A downloadable game

The adventures of Barnaby Buoyant & Barbara Bounds, the cowardly coastguard duo! A whimsical platform game set by the seaside, with a cheeky sense of humour and some eerie themes as you explore the vast coast!

This is a very early gameplay Demo of Barnaby Buoyant, a game I've been developing for many years, alongside my full-time job so progress will be very slow. I'm looking to get a little feedback mostly on how well the game runs on various hardware, though please feel free to give critique on the gameplay if you like. I believe there will be some frame rate issues on older hardware, especially in full-screen mode.

There are instructions about gameplay and controls in the enclosed Read Me. Barnaby Buoyant is being developed in Clickteam Fusion 2.5. Please note that the game is still in early stages and things will likely still change in the final release. (Audio is still in early stages, not looping properly as of yet.

Thank you for playing, exactly the sort of feedback I wanted to see! I noticed you throwing the life preserver quite differently to how I intended - I'll work on a tutorial for that. :]

Hi, thanks for letting me know - What kind of error are you getting?

close alone and message errore no start file

Thank you for the feedback! I've never known an issue like this, but I'll look into it. :]

if you want advice put it online stream the browser game on itch the game this way everyone can play.

I've had a quick go with that, however I'm unfamiliar with how to work an HTML5 version. I'll keep looking into it though. :]
